Tỏa Sáng Nghị Lực Việt progject is aimed to seek and honor exemplary young people with disabilities who are typical, energetic, overcome adversity and actively contribute to the development of the community; contribute to the ideal living way for young people, promoting the rise of Vietnamese youth.

The project is powered by Vietnam Youth Union, Tôn Hoa Sen, VTV and Thanh Niên. It is kicked off at HCMC and Cần Thơ.
